Shipping Questions

🚀 Where do you ship?

We ship to all EU member countries and Norway. For Norwegian customers, all duties and import fees are fully covered by us, so you will never face additional charges upon delivery. Your checkout total is the final price you pay.

⏱️ How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped within 3 business days, and in most cases the package leaves our warehouse the following day.

💸 How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over 800 SEK. For orders below that amount, the shipping fee is 59 SEK. This applies to all countries we ship to.

⏳ My order is taking longer than expected — when will it arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, it may be due to delays with the carrier. Feel free to contact us, and we will gladly check the status of your shipment.

📦 Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. All orders are sent out within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds

🌍 How do I return an order?

You can return your order by following these steps:

1. Initiate your return by emailing celozaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Mark the subject: "RETURN"

2. Ship your return using your preferred shipping method to adress agreed upon.

3. Include a note inside the package with your order number so we can identify your return easily.

4. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund.


Important:

• Returning without tracking is at your own risk—we are not responsible for lost packages.

• Return shipping costs are not covered.

📬 Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or any error on our side, we will cover the cost.

💰 When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed. It typically takes up to 7 business days for the amount to be returned to your original payment method.

🌊 Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes. Most of our pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel, which makes them waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and suitable for everyday wear.

🛠️ Does the warranty cover manufacturing issues?

Yes. If you experience any manufacturing-related issue, we will replace or refund the item after reviewing the case.

🎟️ Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

📧 I didn’t receive my order confirmation — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us and we will resend your confirmation.
